GoodCall Appoints Elaine Gray as General Manager

Charity specialist embraces leadership role to drive digital inclusion and growth

Dundee, Scotland – GoodCall Mobile CIC, a social enterprise dedicated in reducing digital inequality by providing affordable mobile technology to the non-profit sector, is delighted to announce the promotion of Elaine Gray to the position of General Manager.

With a strong background in sales and marketing, Elaine brings over a decade of leadership experience, including ten years with Virgin Active as a Regional Sales Manager. Previously as the Charity Engagement Manager for GoodCall, she has played a pivotal role in GoodCall’s early history, forging partnerships with other non-profit organisations, enabling charities to access mobile technology that suits their needs, saving costs and allowing them to focus on their services. Her journey is deeply rooted in supporting organisations with their missions, and having an important part in being involved with social projects, embodying the values of honesty and integrity.

“I’ve seen firsthand the difference bespoke mobile connectivity can make for charities; to reduce costs, boost their reach, and free up resources for frontline impact,” said Elaine. “I’m honoured to lead GoodCall into its next chapter, developing our team, expanding our third-sector partnerships, and continuing our digital inclusive mission across the UK.”

Her appointment has been warmly welcomed by GoodCall’s leadership. Martin Little, Chairman of GoodCall commented, “Elaine has been instrumental in GoodCall’s success to date. Her appointment to General Manager is a reflection of that hard work and her dedication to our goals, values and vision makes her the perfect choice to lead and grow the organisation going forward.”
